Huneety

Huneety is Southeast Asia's only HRTech company dedicated to the challenge of talent retention and upskilling. Our company is born from the acute talent shortage and recruitment war that is felt around Asia. At the core of what we do is the belief that upskilling is the best defensive tactic to fight the talent war. We aim to make HR talent solutions affordable and available for all fast developing economies.

Huneety's assessments fall into 2 main categories: Hiring Assessments: Huneety Hiring Assessments focus on prioritizing top applicants based on expected soft skills and company culture fit. HR can choose from a library of existing assessments or compose their own to fit their company's unique set of values. The assessments help in identifying and prioritizing top candidates for interviews. The screening is based on their work behaviors. This ensures quick and best-fit candidate matches. L&D Assessments: Huneety L&D Assessments support HR in rolling upskilling projects at scale in their company. This helps in retaining top employees by identifying individual growth and learning opportunities for each employee. Huneety’s L&D Assessments include: Talent Identification Assessment, based on the 9-grid methodology, to spot high-potential employees in the talent pool. 360 Talent Competency Assessments, which identify an individual's skills gaps in their current position or planned career development. This also supports the identification of skills gaps at the company level. 360 Leadership Assessments to identify top management development priorities.
